Job Description


▪ Monitor and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

▪ Lead the sales team to improve performance and motivate them to achieve goals.

▪ Prepare annual sales plans and forecasts, analyzing trends and results.

▪ Apply policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in sales.

▪ Oversee and manage the sales team through all stages of sales, ensuring compliance with processes and standards.

▪ Achieve personal sales targets and guide the team towards collective goals.

▪ Follow approved sales methodologies and apply best practices.

▪ Ensure an engaging customer experience by effectively organizing exhibitions in collaboration with other departments.

▪ Establish and review sales performance standards and develop performance indicators.
