Duties

▪ Oversee and manage the sales team through all stages of sales, ensuring compliance with processes and standards.
▪ Achieve personal sales targets and guide the team towards collective goals.
▪ Follow approved sales methodologies and apply best practices.
▪ Ensure an engaging customer experience by effectively organizing exhibitions in collaboration with other departments.
▪ Establish and review sales performance standards and develop performance indicators.
▪ Develop career advancement mechanisms for the sales department.
▪ Work on enhancing the performance of all branches.
▪ Collaborate with other company departments and adhere to brand requirements.
▪ Cooperate with management in all company directions.
