Job Description

Duties:
  • Managing Payroll operations.
  • Performance Management.
  • Compensation and Benefits.
  • Talent Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues and recommending appropriate solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in HRMS and employee personnel files.
  • Handle the employee lifecycle aligning with HR Policy & Procedures.
  • Experienced in Managing and processing all government HR-related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the Ministry of Human Resources to ensure the effective running of the employees information.
  • Maintain and ensure validity of work permits, business/employment visas, and residency visas/Iqama, including Iqama status, issuance, and renewals, Medical Insurance.
  • Contract expiration report - employee complaints - end of probation period - expenses - end-of-service interviews
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, HR Diploma, or relevant HR qualifications.
  • A Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience HR Operations, Employee Relation, Government portals.
  • Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good spoken and written English ability.
