Job Description
Duties:
- Managing Payroll operations.
- Performance Management.
- Compensation and Benefits.
- Talent Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues and recommending appropriate solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in HRMS and employee personnel files.
- Handle the employee lifecycle aligning with HR Policy & Procedures.
- Experienced in Managing and processing all government HR-related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the Ministry of Human Resources to ensure the effective running of the employees information.
- Maintain and ensure validity of work permits, business/employment visas, and residency visas/Iqama, including Iqama status, issuance, and renewals, Medical Insurance.
- Contract expiration report - employee complaints - end of probation period - expenses - end-of-service interviews
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, HR Diploma, or relevant HR qualifications.
- A Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience HR Operations, Employee Relation, Government portals.
- Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good spoken and written English ability.
