Core Responsibilties:
- Preparation of promotional materials, advertising brochures, and public publications.
- Coordination and management of conferences, events, and trade shows, including participation in them.
- Preparation and execution of media campaigns and public relations activities to promote products and services in coordination with other departments.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the company's identity and increase brand awareness.
- Preparation of reports that help improve the outputs of the marketing department and public relations.
- Responsible for developing and expanding communication efforts with the community.

- Building, enhancing, and monitoring relationships with individuals, partners, external entities, and service providers involved in public relations, marketing, and communications tasks.
- Strong knowledge of the company's products, prices, policies, etc., in order to represent and educate customers about sales and investment opportunities.
- Identifying current and future business development opportunities with potential clients.
- Conducting a study of potential clients to create a need and provide solutions from Karaz Linen LLC's products.
- Monitoring and analyzing media coverage and relevant reports, providing necessary analysis and reports.
- Collaborating with the sales department and marketing management to achieve common business goals. Strategic
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in coordinating marketing campaigns across social media platforms and daily activities.
- Working closely with shopping center management to understand business needs and explore development opportunities.
- Reviewing customer data, analyzing interactions and visits, and using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve marketing strategies and future campaigns.
- Working with the department manager to develop timely solutions for client requirements.
- Coordinating the creation and distribution of written or visual content in the form of newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages.
- Building a new customer database and expanding the network of potential clients.
- Conducting business conversations and negotiations with new companies and clients to achieve sales agreements.
- Working to ensure brand harmony and consistency regarding public relations by collaborating with different departments and divisions within the company.
- Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing data/performance metrics from relevant communication channels, devising best practices, and taking action based on the information received after coordinating with the department manager.
- Researching and monitoring the activities of competing companies.
- Keeping up with industry trends and sharing relevant updates.
- Working to identify what makes products attractive to consumers and investors, both individuals and companies.
