Job Description

Duties:

  • Create and update all warehouse-related documents, such as inventory lists, shipping and receiving logs, and quality control reports.
  • Maintain an organized and secure system for storing all warehouse-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Shipping and Receiving, to ensure that all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on proper document management procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding warehouse-related documents.
  • Monitor and control the flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that they are up-to-date.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to ensure adequate supply.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or adjustments.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels and movement to management.
