Job Description
Duties:
- Create and update all warehouse-related documents, such as inventory lists, shipping and receiving logs, and quality control reports.
- Maintain an organized and secure system for storing all warehouse-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Shipping and Receiving, to ensure that all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on proper document management procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding warehouse-related documents.
- Monitor and control the flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that they are up-to-date.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to ensure adequate supply.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or adjustments.
- Provide regular reports on inventory levels and movement to management.
